Summer affords us a few treats when it comes to culinary changes. What's a Friday without fish especially when one is living in the east? And here in the photo above, this is a scrumptious fish dish with a twist!
Have you ever thought about fish tacos? Yes, a corn tortilla shell filled with shredded lettuce and topped with a piece of fresh fish. Add a green salad to your meal with cranberries and crumbly blue cheese and enjoy!
Finally if you are a person who enjoys a slushy cold beverage with your meal on a hot, hot summer's day while feasting on the outdoor balcony of a restaurant's patio, then go ahead, enjoy one of those too. I like mine with a straw though inevitably usually suffer from at least one onset of brain freeze while sipping up the ice.
