Amber update...

Our dear niece Amber is now home, thanks be to God. The bacterial culture came back negative, therefore it's been determined she has viral meningitis instead of the dreaded bacterial version. After almost six days she finally was able to eat a meal last night, fever had spiked in the afternoon, though she began to experience small bursts of energy with the ultra looming headache somewhat subsiding, when basic medications is administered and working.

Her little children were so happy to see their mama, clingy as one might expect when arriving home. Husband has been at her side nonstop all week, and his mother has been there to assist in any way she can until no longer needed.

Amber's been ordered to bed rest for a minimum of two weeks, also being informed this virus will remain in her system for up to eight weeks, so rest, rest and more rest is the full recommendation, the waiting game for now to see her health improve.

We are elated with this news and utterly overjoyed!

Thank you for your prayers!

Thank you God for her recovery!

Everyone is breathing a giant sigh of relief now, as you can just imagine.
