Day 21
After observing the morning dove's bird nest for most of the day, we all came to an easy conclusion that the two little white eggs are now permanently abandoned.
I was able to get up close and personal with it, snapping this photo, though not wishing to disturb the nest inhabitants in any way. We've decided it's best to leave them be and see what becomes of them over time.
What would you do with these? Disturb or leave them alone?

I guess I would leave the eggs alone, unless my smaller kids were watching them and the kids were upset. Then, maybe with the kids we would bury them.
Beautiful shot of the nest, the sticks against the needles is so textural and clear.
I'd leave the eggs alone. That is a great shot!
