Let Heaven and Nature Sing!

~ Snowflakes are kisses from heaven

New Year's Eve we all felt the blessings and kisses while observing the spectacular scene unfolding outdoors. Huge white puffy flakes were dancing to the ground, in perfect rhythm to coat the trees with fresh snowy beauty. If I could only capture the scene as it was to the naked eye, I assure you, you too would feel like we did when viewing the back of our property that night and into the wee hours of the next day. Lovely!

The first fall of snow is not only an event, it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of a world and wake up in another quite different, and if this is not enchantment then where is it to be found?

Adding to the constant two feet or more foundation of snow these days, almost eight inches fell overnight to usher in the new year for us here. Call me a fool, but I will not compromise my emotional love for this gorgeous stuff! :)
