Take a peak into our kitchen.

Featured items everyone pitched in to create today's "Sunday Brunch Bunch" feast are;

- Baked apples by special request

- Quiche; mushroom and sweet onion this time

- Thinly sliced leftover ham from a previous meal

- Hearty sliced buttered whole grain toast from a local bakery we hit the jackpot on this week

- Fresh fruit salad; For this bowl of YUM today, I used organic kiwis, oranges, bananas, red grapes, and pineapple bits. Then I lightly sprinkled a topping of coconut and slivered almonds as usual for an accent and decor bit.

- And, today hubby felt a can of sardines would compliment his taste buds but good, though there were a few snears and remarks as it accompanied the rest of the food fair.

- The coffee was fresh and hot, the lemon water ready at the table.

Truly, it's lovely and nutritious!
